It was very tidy. The bathroom had all the amenities like towels, shampoo and hand soap. The kitchen has a full stove with an oven, microwave a fridge as well as tea :)
The parking lot had an electronic gate so I had no worries leaving my car parked there.
The owner is also very nice and welcoming. I came quite late in the evening and they let me in immediately.

Parking was safe and big enough to fit our big van. The room was spacious. Fresh towels and beddings. Leather couch, lots of chairs and round dinning table.
Lack of sound isolation. One can hear if somebody in other room or in hallway is having a party. The guest house is located in quite noisy environment as well. Furthermore, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
