I booked a couple of nights at Oinochori between days working in Nicosia for some quiet, some cool air, but not too far from places I wanted to see on the south coast and in the mountains - and it was great for all that. Lovely rustic apartment in the upper half of what was once apparently shared accommodation for a farming family and their cattle! I was there in May and one taverna was open in town, and half a mini-shop, but don't expect Vouni to be busy at that time of year! Andros gave me a full fruit bowl, but bring your own breakfasts! Sitting area is great, kitchen facilities all good, and kinda two balconies - one in the sun, one less so.

We had the most amazing time staying here. Andros and his beautiful cat & puppy are very welcoming, and we have left firm friends! The studio itself is a magical place, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Vouni is very beautiful & traditional, filled with flowers and cobbled alleys. If you are looking for a home from home experience, this is the place.

Wonderful private apartment with some vintage furniture. Very large and comfortable place with a small pool and large outdoor seating area. Hreat shower too.. It's in a beautiful village, only a short walk from cafes and tavernas. Andros was very helpful and provided a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine.
Driving through the narrow village streets to get there. The alternative is to park elsewhere and walk or go up the one way street in the wrong direction (which is fine) and turn around by the church.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft bewusst aufgrund der Lage gewählt, wollten aus recht zentral gelegener Position verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen. Das hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung hielt alles Notwendige und einiges darüber hinaus bereit, war geräumig, einladend und hell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das vermietende Ehepaar, Andros und Sophia, die mit ihrem Bemühen um uns und unsere Anliegen, ihrer Freudlichkeit und der Gastfreudschaft beeindruckten und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalteten. Recht herzlichen Dank für die stets hilfsbereite Art und das jederzeit offene Ohr.
