The location is next to the airport, very convenient and walkable. The hotel is also next door to a gorgeous Japanese garden. The staff are friendly and welcoming and remember you. An extra is the free snacks, coffee and other drinks at the bar in the evenings. Another plus is the airport shuttle.
The walls between rooms are thin and so you can hear crying or noisy children at night.

We enjoyed the ease of being able to walk to our hotel from the airport right after our flight. They also have a shuttle service, but we preferred the walk. The view was lovely, the room was comfortable, amenities and staff were nice, the buffet breakfast was stellar (and we got a discount coupon with the room) and we went to the Sankeien gardens right next door before checking out!
I wish we could have stayed longer, but the airport is much too far from our activities in Hiroshima city. I also wished there had been an option for late checkout (I could not find any info). The limousine bus to the city was super convenient since it was so close, but our next check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM, so after checking out at 11:00 AM we were stuck for over 3 hours with all of our luggage.
