Room and bed was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and quiet, with excellent insulation that blocked out all street and neighbor noise. Easy self-check-in and self-check-out instructions. Street-level windows. The shower had great hot water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Even though there is no elevator, it was completely fine since the room is on the first floor and easy to access with luggage. The property is also located in a fantastic, historic walkable neighborhood.
Location is a bit far from the Vilnius central bus and train station, and traffic for the trams/Uber/Bolt can get annoying. No desk and chair provided. It was also a bit annoying that "Do not disturb" tags were not available to signal the cleaners.

Good location, clean, nice communal area. there was a fridge, free instant coffee, milk, and cereals.
Room 1 faces the main street, so it was quite noisy. For that same reason, I couldn't open the window to get fresh air. There was no AC, though a fan was provided. The bathroom extractor fan was weak, leaving the bathroom feeling constantly humid

The location of the house is perfect. What is more, the host is very interested in your wishes and tries to do his/her best to meet them. Underneath, there is a kitchen where you can find so much thing to enjoy your stay.
The only thing is the beds. We had three separate beds in our rooms and the width of each bed was so small that I had difficulty in turning from one side to another while I was sleeping. If you are tall and above 70 kg, you may not find them comfortable.
