O atendimento ruim é capaz de estragar a estadia
Não tive uma boa experiência com o atendimento na minha chegada no hotel (27/03 - 18hs). Logo que cheguei foi solicitado meu documento, o que é necessário, perguntei se poderia mostrar o documento digital. A atendente solicitou que eu enviasse o documento por whatsapp. Eu a informei que o documento deve ser apresentado e que o hotel não poderia tirar cópia do documento, muito menos que fosse enviado via whatsapp. Hoje em dia, com a cópia de uma CNH muitas coisas podem ser feitas, ainda mais num whatsapp que mais de uma pessoa tem acesso. Informei a atendente que existe uma Lei que o documento deve ser apresentado e não retida uma cópia. Sem paciência ela me disse que não caberia discussão naquele momento e depois agiu com deboche perguntando se o formulário eu poderia preencher. Preenchi o formulário sem nenhum problema. Sugiro que o hotel se adeque a lei de LGPD. Perguntei a mesma atendente onde era o estabelecimento. Ela me respondeu que o estabelecimento é na frente do hotel (na rua). Daí eu questionei que no booking está escrito que havia estacionamento privativo. Só depois disso ela informou que eu poderia guardar a moto no estacionamento fechado caso houvesse vaga, sendo que a imagem da câmera na frente dela mostrava o estacionamento vazio. No outro dia, após o café da manhã, estava descansando na cama e uma pessoa da limpeza simplesmente destrancou e abriu a porta sem saber se tinha gente. Sugiro que o hotel tenha melhor controle de quando o hóspede está dentro do quarto antes de abrir a porta, imagine o constrangimento se o hóspede estiver sem roupa.

Comfortable and refreshing!
My stay went as smoothly as could be: the room was large, comfortable and clean; and the staff, despite the fact that I didn't speak Portuguese and they didn't speak English, were extremely patient and did their best to help me with a smile. Furthermore, I found the in-house restaurant to be very convenient (and the complimentary Brazilian breakfast spread delicious). I highly recommend Hotel Mais and will definitely book it again if I ever go through Macapa once more!
