The stay was very disappointing

Cleanliness

The train railway is really to close and noisy…There is a dog’s beach but dogs aren’t allowed to swim… and this is not written on their website. At checkout I slipped on a wet and slippery wooden walkway right in front of the reception and I informed the personnel but no action was taken and I saw an other lady slipping in the very same spot. I thought that it was just a bump but I ended up with a painful trauma shoulder bursitis…

Just perfect in every possible way.

Whole resort was so clean, lady on reception was lovely and helpful. We got free drinks after arrival. Room was well prepared. We would totally recommend this place for everyone.

There were always free sunbeds at the pool.

Personel doesn''t speak English. Distance from railway was incredibly near so the loud was uncomfortable. Everyday parties till 0.00 disturb in resting.

I really recommend this place.

It’s a perfect place for family holiday. The staff was really friendly and flexible trying to help in any situation.

The only thing was ants. They appeared every day from nowhere in the toilet and that was a bit annoying.

Nothing to remember and definitely not a place to return.

the train proximity, the toilet paper in the chalet (poor quality and they provide only two small rolled than you have to buy it). For being a 4 star rated place that is not acceptable. The same with the towels. You have to pay for any towel change extra 5Euro for a kit. The tables in the patio are attached with your neighbor that you basically have no privacy whatsoever. Buffet average.

Absolutely loved our stay. it was relaxing, fun and just perfect. Stay was amazing and friendly. thank you for a lovely holiday and for letting us extend our stay. the pool was really nice, the beach was so nice , loved that you had 2 options (one side more quiet than the other) also the fact that you have a beach for people with dogs. it’s really a place to consider going to when you have a family. Will definitely coming in the future.

pleasant stay with dietary challenges

Well maintained facilities, nice pool and ample space on the beach. Bungalows are small but sufficient. Breakfast was ok, not stunning.

No gluten-free options in the restaurants, the menu is in Italian only and no allergens identified, staff was not very professional although friendly.

Great staff, food, attention to customer

The organization of the place is really cute especially for family with younger kids like mine. Attention to the customer is outstanding: they upgraded my chalet free of charge upon arrival (granted: there was chalet availability since I stayed there in the middle of September, but still...), gave us a free welcome cocktail, gave us a ticket for price reduction when we left for the next stay. The people working there are very courteous and did everything to make us enjoy the stay. There is a small restaurant in front of the sea with great food (being Italian, I can definitely tell whether I am getting good Italian dishes or not). The chalets are clean and comfortable, and they provide the first round of bed sheets and towels.. We will definitely go back there.

Noisy neighbours in the morning and music in the evening that I could hear in my chalet. I must admit though, that I am a person who likes super-quiet places.

We did not have a good stay. The beach was nice though.

A decent place for family with kids. The service at the beach was well-organized. Many play areas for kids.

The check-out time is at 10.00 am, the pool also opens at 10.00 am. What's the logic? Our "chalet" was right next by the train track, at the very end corner of the resort, far from the main building (when we booked it said "La sistemazione si trova vicino all’edificio principale - the room is located near the main building") So if you don't like to wake up every 30-50 mins during the night, maybe it's better to choose some place else.

Good place but can improve

Fair value for money, the one bedroom bungalow is ok, although some more space for storing luggage would be really helpful; breakfast is good; beach is clean

The kitchenware were not clean (there were evident traces of wine in the glasses from previous guests); more variety for breakfast would be appreciated and so some a la cart option for dinner (only buffet was available)

Will definitely stay again!

Parking is easy and convenient. 2 bedrooms chalet is perfect, no privacy sitting on the terrace while having lunch/dinner, but comfortable for 2 x adults and 2 x children. Shower works perfectly fine too! The most important is air conditioning works really well coz it was very hot when we were there. Good sleep after 00.00 when there is no more music. 3 min walking distance to beach. Perfect!!!

Lots of mosquitos, make sure chalet door is always closed.

The pool is very nice.. the sea is clean..

We had to wait till 17.00 for the key..even if we wrote e.mail that we will come around 12.. ( they've asked about it).. WC in bathroom was loosing water..

Wonderful location

The private beach is marvelous, the chalets were very clean with all the facilities one needed. The breakfast was also great and the staff very attentive, nice and professional. We were a group of friends coming from Rome, we have already have been here last year and definitely will come back.

This resort has everything a couple or family would need to enough a fantastic summer break.

What a wonderful find! The lodges are right on the coast and there are lots of facilities for both couples and families. The seashore is lovely and very safe for bathing. Loved the proximity to the on site restaurant and beach bar. We only stopped for one night but could easily have stayed for longer.

The lodges are quite basic inside but that didn't worry us at all. There are enough outside areas to spend time and to relax.
