Served it’s purpose for a group 1 night stopover

Good location, good size, comfy settee!

Bathroom needs updating and there seem to be plenty of wasps in it!! Carpet needs replacing

Beltin Apartment

Fantastic place, I will defiantly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Ellesmere Port. Clean, Plenty of space, good access to the road networks Bloody Beltin

Shower / Bathroom is the only letdown in this great little apartment

great place to stay, super nice staff, value for money and very clean

central location, lots of space, beautiful kitchen, great staff

could not get the shower to run hot water, was not fixed by the time we went back a second time (10 days after the first stay) ended up showering in the ladies changing rooms), the TV in the apartment automatically shuts off when the bar closes which is super early (9pm) and last orders was 8:30.

It was too disgusting to stay in.

Nothing - it was disgusting.

It was filthy with a mouldy bath mat, mould around the bath, mouldy windows, it smelt of cigarettes, it was dirty everywhere with spiders webs and dead spiders, a dirty fridge, and the beds were uncomfortable and there was NO hot water. There was also an eighteen birthday party directly below the apartment which I had not been informed of. I complained to staff who were understanding when I said I refused to stay there. I requested a phone call from manager as I expect a full refund. I have not heard from the manager yet. I left and had to find alternative accommodation for my family at very late notice. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I would like a full refund.

Ok for the price and what we needed. Will probably book again.

Very convenient for where we were visiting. large car park, spacious, clean apart from the cooker and it's pans. Quiet appart from when we assume a football match was on downstairs on TV (to be expected as it was a bar and went it quiet again afterwards.)

lack of hooks in bathroom, toilet didn't flush strongly enough, had to use a bucket of water to flush at times. no hooks in bathroom for towels or clothes, light bulb in bedside lamp not working. cooker and pans dirty, only 1 fork, All little things easily rectified.

Poor experience.

Huge turd greated us in the toilet on arrival and would NOT dissappear even with a few flushes. Soon became apparent that the whole flat had poor water flow meaning toilet didn't flush well. Had to fill bowls to pour into cistern to get it to flush - dirty toilet. Bathroom grubby. water flow improves when golf club below is closed. Poor WiFi TV did not work Carpet runner missing from bedroom doorway with 2 screws sticking out of the floor. Not ideal Grease on cooker hood Lacked in cutlery -only 1 fork in kitchen. Do not take the throw off the chair in the lounge if easily freaked out by dirt! Felt more like a flat used by staff when staying over after late nights at the golf club rather than somewhere that hosts guests. Luckily we had no children with us so it did for the brief night we needed it for but if I had kids with me I would have been worried about health & safety as the nails in the carpet caught your feet and the bathroom on arrival was almost a crime scene. I was advised by the very nice lady at reception that if I needed anything to come down and ask but quite frankly nothing short of a squad of cleaners, a plumber and builder could have sorted what was needed. I will be contacting management when I get home

good quiet location and central for transport links

it was filthy, to the point we simply couldn’t stay and had to leave. the beds looked as though they had been slept in and not changed, old worn dirty creased bedding. fridge was filthy as was the cutlery and cups etc.

The accommodation did the job. we left at 7 on Sunday morning to get home to our own beds. we were sleep deprived

A lovely large airy flat

We were the only people in an empty golf club at night. we felt very vulnerable and couldn't sleep. the beds were appalling. the kitchen doors were greasy and needed cleaning. we had to ask for tea and milk upon our arrival. As two small female guests I would never had booked in her in terms of my personal safety.

Worse Location! Bad Experience!! Avoid it!!!

The property is inside a cemetery and it was not stated in their description. We call several times to get the key but nobody answers our calls. We had to go back home that night. It was a waste of money, time, and energy! Avoid it, it might look cheaper, up your budget a bit a stay in a nice hotel. We regret booking the property.

Do not stay here! Seriously do not!

To be honest, not too much.

Where do we start. Blood stains on the bedding, fat and mould all over the oven. Toaster a disgrace. Microwave covered in solid dirt and grime. Unwashed cutlery and pans. Fridge full of grime and dirt obviously never been cleaned and let's not forget the party till the early hours with music which thumbs around the entire apartment. Really do yourself a favour pay a bit more and stay anywhere else but here!

Lovely place

This is the 2nd year we stayed here and we will book for a similar time next year when we can, on the booking app as it only goes up to September 2023 at the moment. Its nice to be in one place, nice place to stay. Pleasant staff in the club.

Cheap, cheerful stay.

Location was good. 5 minute walk to train station. Trains every half hour into Liverpool. Staff friendly. It was everything that was advertised. At end of day it was £100 a night for 4 people. You can’t expect the Ritz for that. Had everything that was needed for comfortable stay.

Yes, was near generator, but didn’t keep us awake? Slept til 8.00am both nights without issues. If was quieter then no doubt they could / would charge higher rates.

There was an engagement party downstairs so very noisy until 00.20 and my car was hit on the car park but that isn't the golf clubs fault. The appt itself was great just what we needed

Passable

The flat was roomy, light, airy and private.

The oven was very dirty as was the grill pan ( very smelly) couldn't use it, only 2 frying pans, one damaged and one dirty and only 2 saucepans, we wanted to report these things, but we arrived later than expected and had people waiting for us to join them for dinner, on our return that evening the club house was shut so we couldn't, we had a drumming noise in the bedrooms maybe from a refrigeration unit below, which made getting to sleep difficult and then from 5.30am noise from below disturbing our sleep, we again had to dash off to meet relatives and be given our breakfast that we couldn't cook, we returned much earlier expecting the club house to be open to report the problems, but again it was shut. So the second night and morning were much the same. Sadly the WiFi signal was too weak to use.

very dirty basic facilities wer lacking a lot of noise due to party’s and staff no sun terrace no fan or air con no curtains Wi-Fi code doesn’t work unprofessional..no greeting of staff

Disappointing

The quiet location. The space and light of the apartment

The air con kept me awake so I only slept about 3.5 hours. I text the manager but had no reply at the time. The kitchen is poorly equipped e.g. only 2 cups for a 4 person apartment.
