I highly recommend Rum Jordan camp if you would like to have the unforgettable experience that me and my friends had there. Never I had that feeling that we were not simply customers but rather like guests. Name of the owner and his brother have done everything possible to make our stay smooth, answering to all our needs. I would like to say a big thank to the staff who were extremely friendly, even more than some of my own friends lol A special thank to Khalil for taking care of us for the food and all the rest and Mahmoud for accompanying us for the activities. I genuinely love you my friends! We had the chance to meet a family from New Jersey who were there to celebrate the 27th birthday of their son and they have prepared a birthday cake for him that they shared with us. Who in this individual World still do that, but they do! It was great to speak with them around a bonfire and a traditional tea during the sunset stars gazing. Yes they have a lot of activities to propose to participate including a sunrise hot air balloon with the only Jordanian captain, the other captains coming from abroad. It was interesting to listen to him explaining how he pilot a hot air balloon. I have benchmarked many camps and I have chosen this one for the diversity of activities offered but especially for the view that you can have from the windows of your bubble tent. I was speechless the first time I woke up and see the view of the desert and the mountains that seemed to be infinite as your eyes get lost in the abyss of sands like in the movie Dune. There is nothing to worry about the tents. They are extremely comfortable and answer to the quality standards in western countries with AC and good matrace which is extremely important to recover a full day in the desert with 38 degrees. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in front of the tent, discussing with my friends and admiring the view.

Staff members were super friendly. I had a wonderful experience over there. I love serenity in the desert with the magnificent views. I’ll definitely recommend this camp to my friends.

The place was amazing,also the communication with the host was great and he agreed all our trips for us, the breakfast was local and really good, we ordered local dinner and i have to say,that the dinner was very tasty

The bedlinen wasn’t very comfy,it kept sliding down, also there was only cold water and the bathrooms weren’t very clean

the food was good for dinner. Wadi Rum is becoming full of plastic and very dirty in areas. There needs to be a big clean up by the government. It will be my last visit

That they controlled the air con, so there was no remote for the temperature and they turned it off when they thought you were not in the room. When it is 31 outside, you need aircon! The owner was not totally honest with us about jeep rides and charged high prices
