Location, close to public transport and amenities.
Cleanliness can be improved. The ground floor had a bad smell of something I couldn’t tell.
They locked the room with my things inside when I went out for a while and demanded paying extra tourist tax. Though I’m not a tourist. I’m on student visa. They opened the room only when I paid the extra tax.
