Breakfast was delicious all of the mornings and extremely encompassing. Pool is really nice to relax by during the day. Overall location of the property and views from the property are extraordinary.
Some of the rules and property support is below par. For example, it's clear that guests need to shuttle or taxi into Florence city since the property is far from the city center. However, the shuttle stops running at 7 pm, which is WAY too early. Also the shuttle does not function on Sundays or Mondays because the manager is gone. This makes no sense. For a villa of these standards, there should be a more all-encompassing shuttle service that runs 7 days a week for 16-20 hours per day.

Foi tudo muito lindo! O hotel é uma pérola, com uma vista impressionante da cidade de florença. Cafe da manha exepcional, assim como o atendimento dos garçons da piscina e do restaurantes. Os quartos são legais. É muito perto do centro histórico, acredito que no inverno é possivel ir a pé tranquilamente.
Falamos do verão europeu, momento em que o calor é intenso e ainda é dia até às 22h. A Piscina fechava às 19h - e no caso, o ambiente ainda estava lindo, com por do sol incrível, mas tínhamos que sair até as 19h. Eu acho que a piscina poderia ter o seu período estendido. Tambem acredito que a descrição dos quartos precisa ser mais fiel ao que tem divulgado. No nosso caso, os quartos eram diferentes do reservados, a gente reclamou e eles trocaram em problema. O atendimento é muito bom.

Incredible location and view. Quality amenities and service. Very quite. Quality high-end restaurant. Room and property was beautiful. 20 min taxi ride to downtown.
Our room had no A/C and we had mosquitoes.
