The hotel was well located just a few minutes from the tram line which had you in the centre of Florence in just one stop. Alternatively you could walk and be in the centre in less than 15 minutes. Staff were friendly rooms were excellent and the rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing for the quality of the food and the views
