Our room was perfect — the bed unbelievably comfortable, the balcony a peaceful little haven, and the atmosphere filled with charm and character.What made our time here unforgettable was the people. The owner and staff are some of the kindest souls we’ve ever met. Their care, attentiveness, and genuine warmth turned my husband’s surprise trip to Florence into something extraordinary. They went above and beyond in every way — from the fresh, delicious breakfasts to the thoughtful touches that made us feel cherished and welcomed.Thank you for creating a place where magic lives in the details, where hospitality feels like an embrace, and where memories are made effortlessly.

The property was exceptionally clean and so well decorated. It felt magical to experience it and get to stay there.
It was unfortunate the phone line never went through. In the period I was in Florence and once out of Florence. Which makes it challenging to communicate with someone in the property.
I left something very expensive but because I could not reach the hotel, and it was discarded of.

From the moment we walked into Velona’s Jungle, we felt so welcomed. The host was incredibly warm and hospitable, and the entire place is absolutely stunning. The decor is even better in person. Every detail is so unique and beautifully done.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bed was amazing, the blackout shades were a huge plus, and the AC worked perfectly, which was very appreciated in Florence in August!
They offered us drinks as soon as we arrived, and every morning they brought us the most delicious breakfast. You get to choose what you want, what time you want it delivered, and everything was fresh and so good.
The location was also perfect for us. It’s close enough to easily get to everything you want to see and do in Florence, but just far enough off the beaten path that it feels quiet, safe, and peaceful instead of crowded and touristy.
Truly such a special place with incredible hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite places we stayed during our trip!
