Decor and cleanliness
No atmosphere and nobody in restaurant or bar. Couldn’t get a drink at 21.45 when we came back from dinner. Bar was closing and everything put away.

Location & design
The hotel doesn’t correspond to the ranking of 5* hotel. It’s really good 4* boutique hotel, but definitely not 5*, therefore it didn’t live up the expectations and left disappointment about the stay.
Specifically:
1. the bed mattresses are not of good quality,
2. there is NO Room service
3. Bad noise isolation in the room. As the hotel is located right on the road street with high circulation, the windows don’t cancel the noise, and during the night it was not silent and was difficult to fall asleep.
4. most of personnel don’t really speak English
5. Poor breakfast selection and service. Selection of food doesn’t correspond again to 5*. We took the rate with the breakfast included, however fresh orange juice, omlettes, egg benedict, pancakes were on the extra charge (starting from 20 EUR), what is usually is a basic dishes already included in 5* hotels.
Therefore, overall it’s a good hotel, but if you used to stay in proper 5* star hotels, consider this one as a 4* and then, it will meet your expectations.
