This is by far the best hotel I stayed at. It's the second time and it did not disappoint. It actually exceeded my expectations. A big star for the Manager and a star for all the staff who have the same commitment to give their best. Nothing is a problem. Just ask and they will make the magic. Breakfast is excellent. Tea was nice and hot!! :) The great thing, it's away from the centre hustle and bustle just 8 mins from the Santa Maria Novella station.

The hotel is closer to the station, making it easy to walk there. The room was satisfactory and met my expectations; bonus points for being super clean.
It would be great to see some improvements for breakfast, specifically by adding more healthy options.

The rooms and bed impeccable, the breakfast and the bar the lady he does wonderful cocktails.😊
The shower is very small.

Good location, decent breakfast.
The room was unbelievably small, you have walk side ways to the bed, having paid approximately 150 euros per night.
