We really loved staying here. The house is inside Monemvasia Castle, just a short walk from the main gate, with a beautiful view over the rooftops and the sea. It has a very romantic atmosphere, is tastefully furnished and was extremely comfortable. The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome.
One thing worth knowing in advance is the parking situation. You can drive up to the gate briefly to unload your luggage, but afterwards the car has to be parked further down the road. There is a bus running between the parking area and the castle gate approximately every 30 minutes in both directions. We did not know this before arriving, so it was a bit of a surprise. The good thing is that the house itself is very close to the gate, which makes it much more convenient than many other places inside the castle.

Fabulous large room with great use of space. Great hosts available below the room in their shop. Close to the gates entrance so not far to move luggage. Very quiet and comfortable.

Great location right near entrance gate so not far to hike with luggage. Great compact space. The owners were absolutely a delight to deal with and soooo helpful
Can be noise on a weekend night but nothing a white noise machine couldn’t drown out- accept that for such a central location in the heart of a busy area

Wonderful, large suite located in the lower town in Monemvasia with a comfortable bed, large shower, and sitting area. Welcome bottle of wine, bottled water and coffee maker provided. Hosts were very welcoming. Just wished we could have stayed longer.
