Lokalizacja hotelu w pobliżu Warszawy, ale w lesie na uboczu bez hałasu i zgiełku, super miejsce i infrastruktura, basen zewnętrzny i wewnętrzny z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Las dookoła, miejsce do idealnego wypoczynku.

The hotel is great overall. The food was very tasty, the hotel area is large and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, there was one unpleasant situation that affected our overall impression. There was one unfriendly man in the restaurant. Of course, friendliness can be subjective, but we found a sharp piece of plastic in our cheesecake. We did not make a scene, because we understand that accidents can happen, and the cheesecake itself was actually very delicious.
We simply told this man when he was taking the plate away and asked him to inform the kitchen, as there could have been more plastic in the other pieces. Instead, he only said, “OK, I will tell them.” He did not ask if we were okay, and he did not apologize, which I believe would have been the appropriate reaction in this situation. This really spoiled our impression of the hotel.
Also, some of the door handles were not working properly.

Strefa basenowa i saunowa :)
Obsługa na sali, w recepcji, Pan ratownik na basenie bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni i sympatyczni :)
W sezonie zimowym poza brodzikiem dla dziecka nie ma żadnych atrakcji. Liczyliśmy na dostęp do sali zabaw, która jest czynna tylko w weekendy.
Oferta z booking.com:

Nigdzie nie było informacji, że sala zabaw otwarta tylko w weekendy !
Doczytałam później na stronie informacje, którą zinterpretowałam (jak się okazało niewłaściwie), w taki sposób, że w weekendy dzieci można zostawić w sali zabaw pod opieką animatorów.
Śniadania mało ciekawe, "zeschnięte" plastry sera i kawałki pasztetu.
W sali śniadaniowej cała ściana butelek z alkoholem tak nisko, że zamiast zjeść w spokoju, pilnowałam, aby moje 2letnie dziecko nie stłukło którejś z nich.
Organizacja pokoju: za mało gniazdek, źle usytuowane ! Przy łóżku brak kontaktu, lodówka czajnik i lampka z dostępem do jednego gniazdka. Pościel dziurawa (to nie jest dla mnie jakiś bardzo duży problem, ale przy ponad 500 zł za dobę, chyba wypadałoby zwrócić i na to uwagę).
Ogólnie hotelu nie polecam w okresie jesienno zimowym rodzicom z małymi dziećmi, bo zwyczajnie nie ma co robić.
