the location and the design / space of the flat
internet: in some spots of the apartment, it did not work. every time that the phone/laptop was turned on, it was necessary to insert the password to connect. there was water leaking in the bathroom. curtain in the living room was broken. the pillows were old and smelly. the bed was old and gave the appearance to be dirty.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and old. No proper bedding. They still have blankets. That I didn’t see are removed to be washed. The noise from the area and the street is sooo loud it’s impossible to sleep at night. The bath tub is old and grotty and the shower doesn’t work properly. It’s like showering under a tap. The hotel desperately needs room upgrades.
