If you are looking for privacy, a cozy place for just the two of you, or space to accommodate multiple families, then our 2600 sq. ft. town home is the vacation rental for you. Our home has three levels, including a great room with a cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace, a 55-inch flat screen smart television and a kitchen fully equipped with up-to-date appliances. There is a large table to enjoy large family dinners and the direct views of the world-famous Bretton Woods ski area, whether during the day or the beautifully lit slopes in the evening. There is free WIFI throughout with upgraded Fiber Optic Cable. The smart televisions on both levels have YouTube TV, Netflix and Prime Video. A second living area with a 55" smart television, game table, children’s books, and many games for both adults and children provides space for family gatherings and/or privacy, The four bedrooms and 3 and a half baths are spread across the three levels. Both bedrooms on the upper level have en suite full bathrooms. One of which is recently fully renovated with new tub/shower, tile flooring with an oak and granite vanity with full glass mirror. The lower level with the second living area, includes a queen size sleeper sofa, has one master bathroom, a fully renovated bedroom with soundproof insulation, luxurious carpeting, recessed lighting, new ceilings and walls, with a large closet and two bunk beds w/trundles. The lower level also boasts a queen bedroom with a large closet and a view of the back forest. We are .5 minutes to ski slopes, 5 miles to the Cog Railway, 20 minutes to Santa's Village, 30 minutes to Storyland and 35 minutes to outlet shopping in North Conway. Max 10

Our family and friends had wonderful long weekend here. The layout of the condo is great, particularly for two families. Lots of space. The location is wonderful. Judy does a wonderful job making sure everything was perfect for our stay.

What a great place. Plenty of room for 7 of us. All the games were great and a relaxing time after skiing. The wood fireplace is a nice touch(I like it better than gas). Kitchen was very well stocked for a big meal. Location across from the mountain couldn't be better. The one issue we had was immediately responded to by the property manager, couldn't ask for more.

Wed through Sat ski vacation at Bretton Woods with wife and older teen boys. Very quick easy drive just down the street to park for skiing. Also, brought our own snow shoes and a mile+ loop hike around the condos was nice. Condo is nothing fancy... but clean, well equipped, roomy and comfortable with a view of the mountain slopes so just what we were looking for. Perfect for us!

Plenty of room in this setup for a couple of families. Very clean, owner was very accommodating, and is very close to Santa’s Village and Mt Washington. North Conway was about 40 min away so very doable for other attractions. Will definitely rent here again!
