The accomodation was nice and clean. The breakfast was varied, enough and just perfect. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything.

Fantastic place to stay for a ski holidays. Our room was clean and big and quiet, with a great balcony. Breakfasts were fantastic. Very good location - to Itter/Hopfgarden ski lifts 20/25 min by car. Very friendly atmosphere and a well working wifi.

Bathroom ventilation may be improved and maybe a kettle in the room will be a great add on

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, quite close to a number of ski areas

A bit too warm in the room for my liking and not easy to control the temperature

The breakfast was wonderful, at the start seems very poor and only sweetes, but in 5-10 minutes, the owner take a plate of salty things, butter and jam of the land nearly, 2 eggs scrabbled, slices of salmon smoked, 2 cappuccino and 1 coffee for my daughter, yogurt km=0, orange and ACE juices, a WONDERFUL breakfast...

Nothing, the room was confortable, and the WC was in other room of the bath for the shower...

Breakfast was OK, the personnel prepared what you asked for. However, reading past reviews I expected more. Personnel was very friendly. You could find lots of places to sit and work or chill. Location is perfect for visiting businesses in Kundl or for (motor)bikers.

It seemed I received a used cup of marmalade for breakfast. Hopefully at least the spoon was exchanged. The shower drain was clogged.

Location was good, but not very close to a highway. The room had a big balcony. Bathroom was standard. The restaurant in the hotel was closed for the evening, but the restaurant across the road was very good.

The breakfast was standard. The guy at the reception wasn't the friendliest and the hotel felt kind of cold.

Only stayed one night, but the windows were poorly isolated. Cold draft throughout the night. Small bed and room.
