Staff Friendliness/Location to the event I was attending. Comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ready as stated it would be.
Dated, bottom of shower curtain appear to be discolored. Sink leaked, and the sink drain hardwear was discolored. Carpet worn and appeared to be dirty. TV didn't work correctly, once a channel was chosen the screen went black (user error? in fairness it could have been)

It was my 1st time visitor to the city and hotel Upon arrival, I was advised that they are working on the facility pleasant stay for one night.
Desk chair was broken as well as the microwave.
