About this house rental
Spacious home in quiet cove with gentle lot to lake. Outdoor lakeside patios with heated pool. Large family room with large windows overlooking lake. Master Bedroom w/King bed and Master Bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Also a pull out sofa sleeper in Master. Bedroom 2 overlooks lake with 2 Queen Beds, Bedroom 3 King bed. Jack and Jill shower between Bedroom 2 and 3 has shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 Queen Bed with private Bathroom. Bedroom 5 (Bunk Room) 4 bunks twin over full. Bunk room also has table to play cards or board games. Kitchen has table with 4 chairs and island with 4 bar chairs and large window overlooking lake. Dining Room with seating for 8. Pool Table Room and Bar are attached to smaller room with treadmill and screened in Porch. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer and attached bath with shower. Kids bunk room has table for games or cards. Kayaks are at the house for your use as well.

The place meant all our expectations! The children loved the bunk room. This is the most well equipped home we have ever stayed at, they have thought everything. It located on a quiet cove so using the kayaks was great for all ages. We highly recommend this place.

The property was everything that your web said it would be and then some. We loved it, house was great size for our family of 17. Perfect dock, great pool. Being the weather Was well up into the high nineties. Great place to cool off. Thanks so much!

Perfect home in a nice quiet cove. Only thing, you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bunk room. Other than that it was great.

This house is incredible! Beautiful and excellently maintained and decorated. Cove is calm and perfect for swimming. Pool was great too. Owner was super friendly and easy to deal with. Marina just up the street offered excellent equipment and service. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great place for a large group. House was as advertised. Great communication from owner. Internet is very slow and not really useable when we tried to connect, but the cell reception is great and using a hotspot was no problem. We would stay again if we were in the area.

10 of us stayed 5 days. All my moms nieces and great nieces and my self and mom. Ages ranged from 20-87!
Bunk room worked well for the younger crowd. Only complaint was no bedroom on main floor, and mom with back issues had to climb a lot of steps, but she’s a trooper and did fine! Pool was awesome!

The house is very nice, clean & comfortable. The kids loved the pool table & swimming pool. The bedrooms are spacious & relaxing. Perfect for a group lake vacation. Would definitely go back again.

Fun in the Sun
This is the second year we have had our whole family stay at this house. Everyone had a good time- from adult children to teenage grandchildren to young grandchildren to grandma and grandpa. We all enjoyed our time together. Thank you Laura.

Excellent property
House was perfect and location is very convenient. Perfect lake access. Pictures do not do this house justice, as it is much more modern and appealing in person than expected. We had a question about the shower pressure and the owner responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home sits at the end of a quiet cove- the location is great and perfect for a large group! Our group of 16 had plenty of space and everyone really enjoyed the pool. Another great trip!
We had a great time last year when we stayed here and decided to stay again this year. It's in a quiet cove, near everything you would need and the pool makes it absolute top notch.

Great time at the Everly Place!
We had a group of friends and family all stay! We had the best time! The house was fantastic! So much fun! The pool, hot tube and lake were exactly what we wanted! The host were so nice and easy to work with! We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for our family
We had a blast! So much to do on the property; private pool, hot tub, kayaking, fishing and swimming from the dock. And such a spacious house, there were 14 and we never felt cramped, even when gathering in the living room to watch a movie. We rented a pontoon for two days and so handy to have the dock to come and go! The whole group agreed, we need to do it again!

Great Lake Ozark Vacation Spot
We rented this house for our family vacation this year and we had a large group. This house was in a great location, very close to all the shopping and eating you could want to do. Very nice and quiet cove with a private pool. This was an added bonus for us as we had small children who love to swim. The house also provided lots of pool floats and kayaks for us to use. The house was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our whole group so we didn’t feel like we were invading each other’s space.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this home. Amazing location, in the back of a very quiet cove. Really great pool and hot tub area with small yard and private dock.
Only two small things that didn’t really take away from our experience but good to know. The deck was under construction which we didn’t know about until the day we arrived. It was totally safe and the manager alerted us, she was great with communication.
Also if you’re traveling with multiple couples, the two upstairs, non-master bedrooms, share a bathroom. Again not a bit deal but something to know.
All in all, loved the house, location and everything about the house.
