Great greek hospitality and confortable rooms

I love the location how peaceful garden and rooms very clean.kostas is very nice and friendly and gave us a lot of tips for the trip.Also really nice breakfast with local products

Pleasant Stay

Located about 30 minutes walk from the port. Not too far from the port town but far enough to have some quiet. Room was clean and we had a good view of the bay/sunset from the balcony. Lots of parking space available and not to mention, the host provided lots of great recommendations during our stay there.

We had an arc shaped shower cubicle and it was pretty small. Considering that I'm an average sized female, it might be uncomfortable for people who are taller/bigger.

Superb

Very nice family run guesthouse on the edge of Adamas in a very quiet area way from the business of the port. Kostas and his family were very welcoming and able to give suggestions for getting around Milos and helped me book my transfer to Pollonia. The rooms were cosy and had a lovely balcony with a part sea view and of the surrounding gardens. There are beaches a short walk away. Don't miss the O Hamas tavern very close by which had some of the best food on the island.

Not really a complaint as I was aware when I booked, keep in mind the hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk into town and around 20 minutes to the port/bus station so I'd highly recommend having transport unless you want to rely on taxis (€10 each way) especially after dark as the road into town isn't very suitable for walking. The upside was having a much quieter stay and lovely surroundings than in the center. The bathrooms were a little more dated than on the photos, although clean and functional.

Amazing place in Milos to stay with super hosts. Walking distance from everything you could need.

Very nice view from the rooms on the bay area. The plot of land surrounding the main accomodation is very wel cared for by the hosts.

room was nothing like the pictures shown

Our room nothing like the photos. If you scroll to picture 65(!) you can get a better idea of what the rooms are like but we had seen the first 30ish pictures showing very similar rooms and thought this would be the case throughout. Not worth the value at all. Location is ok but still a 20minute walk to adamas port and the road is pretty scary with no sidewalk.

Very good

Great staff, cleaned rooms daily. The garden area outside was very nice and well maintained. Location is 5-10 minute drive from the main port.

Room and hotel itself is smaller looking than the pictures. Bathroom was a little small for 4 people.

Exceptional

We loved the location slighty outside the busy main port town (Adamas) but still close enough to everything (we had transport). The facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area to relax. The staff were amazing and did not hesitate to provide assistance and recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay.

far away from the center

the accommodation was clean and spacious and the receptionist was trying her best to help me organize things.

the accommodation is more than 2km from the center, if you don’t rent a car you need to walk on the road right besides the cars, also in the night there is no other way to return to the accommodation. It was really expensive and the relation of what they offered and what I got for my money was not worth it. I was disappointed.

Great place, nice view to the whole bay area. Everything was fine and we would definetly come back. The stuff was very helpful in any question. You know the location before booking, and you have to take a 10 min walk into the town centre, if you don't want to take a car

Lovely clean place with a great view, especially the sunsets, and a good location.

I had a lovely stay at Konstantinos. Costas was a great host, very accommodating and provided me with lots of useful information about what to do on the island. I can highly recommend it and look forward to visiting it again.

Great tranquil spot just outside of Adamantas

It was a great location right out of Adamantas - walking distance to many good restaurants. We had an extremely peaceful and quiet stay with our own terrace and peekaboo view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable and was exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!

One of the the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!

Location was super close to the port. It was very easy to find and very clean. Parking is included and close to all parts of the island.

Excellent stay in central Milos

The hotel is centrally located, which makes it easy to move around Milos. It's in it's own green property with tons of flowers and plants. The room was very large, with an extremely comfortable bed! We had excellent sleep quality! Decoration of it was also very cool. Warm & cozy, yet elegant. The breakfast was very tasty and the service was excellent. He helped me coordinate a surprise breakfast for my husband's birthday, and it was such a nice gesture! Definitely recommend it!

Poor experience and a definite “AVOID”

Nothing really

I hate to say this but this hotel is probably one of the most dangerous place in Milos. Location wise, it is in the middle of nowhere, near a big farm and some abandoned buildings. It’s impossible to walk to the hotel at night as the road to the hotel is very dark. Reception is not 24 hours - when we want to complain about no hot water - I had to call the owner to come to the hotel to fix it. Yes the room is clean but there is weird smell in the room. Honestly as an advice to all travellers who plan to stay at this place, I wouldn’t spend over €50 for any room here (I was charged €200 for this low-standard hotel) and this is definitely top of my list of “things to AVOID in Milos”.

Everything was perfect. The team was very reactive and adjusted to us as much as possible. They even helped for a scooter rental !

You may need a car or scooter to get there. It's 25 minutes walk from the port (outside the city). But with a vehicle it's great

Milos Gem

Quiet and relaxing location. Centrally located on the island to access many hotspots. Staff was incredible friendly, and kind hearted. Would recommend to anyone!

Overpriced and average.

Relatively clean, the host was nice and it was relatively close to the port. Average overall, nothing special.

Really bad sound isolation, we could hear everything from the nearby rooms, the neighbours baby woke us up at 7-8 everyday. We could even hear the neighbours peeing. The cleaning lady took our towels without bringing fresh ones. Didn’t really have anything to do and no real privacy.

good location and clean

it’s was noisy in the morning but very early so was woken up, no sound proof and the bathroom had this very anointing curtain that stucks on you while you shower

The owner and the accommodations made us fell at home.

Our flight to the island was canceled last minute sue to high winds which forced us to a late evening ferry. We arrived around midnight to find keys in our room doors. Everything was prepared for our arrival and we immediately felt welcomed. The next morning we realized we had found a gem with our accommodations here. A warm welcome by the owner and a breakfast that made us fell comfortable and right at home.
