Great location, enough room for a couple with a dog, free parking in a nearby public garage. Airconditioning also available. Friendly Café/Bar below the apartment.

Die Lage am Eingang der Fussgängerzone/Altstadt ist zentral und ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Seepromenade. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Zum Einkaufen im Coop (dort ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage) ist es auch nicht weit.
Die Gastgeberin hat den Weg sehr gut beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren froh um das Klimagerät, da es sonst sehr heiss geworden wäre.
Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Balkon. Man kann nur drinnen sitzen.

Comme c'était un appartement très bien situé nous avons déjeuné au restaurant se trouvant dessous l'appartement.
Nous avons aimé l'emplacement exceptionnel de l'appartement, l'ascenseur y menant, les explications très claires au sujet des clés remises ainsi que la carte du parking pas loin de l'appartement. Nous avons aimé la propreté de celui-ci, son entretien, la propriétaire à mis l'air conditionné et vu les fortes chaleurs, c'était très apprécié. Nous avons aimé la partie bain-douche et toilettes qui était moderne et l'attention de la propriétaire à notre égard. C'est vraiment à recommander pour un séjour à Ascona!
Je dirais qu'il n'est pas adapté pour une personne physiquement invalide car l'ascenseur est petit pour une chaise et la baignoire assez haute pour y grimper dedans. Sinon rien à redire tout parfait.
