Amazing place to stay, really calming and peaceful. The facilities were very good: two bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. It was also in a really good location. Super easy to get to as it's just a turning on the main road, there are loads of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and yet the moment you are through the front gates you forget about the real world. Definitely worth the stay. The best thing of all however were the staff. Really decent, lovely people. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Lee saw us in and showed us around the place and it set the tone for the weekend.
Thank you for a lovely visit.
There were a few things that needed a little attention in the apartment (lock on one of the outside doors kept sticking, freezer seemed to be broken, the pots and pans had seen better days and there was no scourer to clean them thoroughly). However all of these things are insignificant compared to the positives.

No frills but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Gardens were great, beautifully maintained and perfect for an evening stroll. Particularly liked the Japanese garden.
Properties were very close together but it was still very quiet.

Location was perfect
Very quiet
Lack of some basics in property like some fresh milk on arrival just a one pint would be a nice touch.
Only one pillow per person . Kitchen roll would be very useful too.
£25 to charge for a dog is expensive compared to other places especially as nothing is provided for them. Lots of places when they charge over £15 at least provide a small gesture like a drinking bowl!
Ordered a cook breakfast. This was dreadful it was cold and sausages NOT cooked and the whole taste was not nice I think the oil is used more than once . There was one person trying to do everything which reflected in the quality, appearance and taste of the breakfast which was why we left it.
