The location and overall size.
Laundry facilities available.
Both bathrooms had perforated blinds on the windows, so adjacent apartments can see directly in, making it possible for neighbors to see you not only during a shower but on the wc.
And no beach towels were provided. When we asked we never got a follow up. When traveling it’s not always possible to take with you, as Cascais is a beach town.

The location is great and the size of the apartment is good for 3-4 persons. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge. Mario was welcoming us and gave us instructions on the apartment.
The cleaning should be done every 3 days not just weekly. Need paying attention toon to details like replacing the paper towels in the kitchen, toilet paper, etc.

The apartment was clean and modern, and in a great location.
We had no outdoor space, not even a balcony, and I don't remember it specifically saying that anywhere. All the pics online show outdoor space and even our booking confirmation had a picture of an outdoor courtyard in it so a little misleading, but I probably should have double checked as it didn't explicitly say there was outdoor space either. Also, there were cctv cameras in the apartment which is weird. They had little shutters so we could cover the lense but still, not sure what that's about.
