The cleanliness of the property and the sea views. Peaceful location. Well presented lodge.
Drains smelled, only went after putting disinfectant down the drains in the on suite and main bathroom. Could be that no guests were in the property the previous week to keep drains flushed.

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful location! The peace and views of Ocean Lodge are among some of the best we've ever experienced during our many stays in cottages throughout the UK. Could have spent the whole weekend out on the balcony enjoying the sight and sounds of the sea. The lodge is really well equipped and comfortable and a great location for exploring the Sussex Cost and the host was incredibly welcoming in the run up to our stay. The beautiful welcome basket was an unexpected but lovely thoughtful touch.
Cottage was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Tracy, the host, was exceptional in communicating and providing a wonderful and generous welcome pack for us on arrival. The lodge was beautiful and the views were absolutely amazing.
Both beds were a little soft for us, although they were very comfortable and good quality - so I know that this is just a matter of taste. Everything else was wonderful.
