Het buitengebeuren is zondermeer teleurstellend. Alleen beton dat schots en scheef ligt met scheuren waar je over kan struikelen en alles uitermate rommelig. Huiskamer erg donker en bestaat alleen uit een eettafel, weinig comfort. In badkamer veel schimmel op voegen van tegels, geen fraai aangezicht. Kwaliteit van de bedden zeer matig. Het geheel zou een opknapbeurt moeten krijgen.
