You can temporarily park directly in front of the residence to unload. This is ideal to get the parking lot key (we didnt know). Parking is across the main-street, not in the ally. We started driving down the ally and lost confidence before the house-- just go a little further and park on the right in front of the house. We wish this was mentioned to us sooner.
Proximity to Krka is absolutely perfect. Host was gracious and let us park in their private lot while we were at the park.
The apartment itself was pretty much as expected! Bed, shower, kitchen were all great. Even on a holiday night, the room stayed quiet. AC didn't feel very strong but it did work.
Check out time was reasonable and we appreciated the helpful tips for seeing the falls.
We look forward to staying here again on our next visit, especially since we know the process/town a little better now.
Check-In was slightly challenging, but we learned that scheduling a reservation is critical in Croatia so the check-in could have been smoother if we personally knew our arrival window earlier. I knocked on the main door twice (hint; ring doorbell not knock!), walked around the residence, then finally had to call the owner ($$ without an international phone plan).
While we arrived prior to another couple, they were shown to their room first. I was a little annoyed after walking around and needing to call.
We ended up having quite a bit of stairs, at least a flight up marble steps.. This just limited how many times we came/went-- brought beers back from grocery rather than going back out on the town, didn't leave for breakfast, etc. I did notify the host of my husband's ankle prior to arrival.
We requested ice prior to arrival because of husband's ankle and only a small half-full tray was provided. Luckily there was a ice machine just up the road.

Comfortable clean studio in a central location. Lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing and having a meal. Ultra friendly and helpful hosts

Everything about the property was first class . Attention to detail and super host who helped make our stay run smoothly . The location is perfect if like us you are travelling by public transport . Just wish we had booked to stay longer .
