Excellent Stay at Residence Mutschellen
Great location with easy access to bus and metro stations just a short walk away. The arrival instructions were clear and very helpful, including transport options and the best stop to get off at. The room was clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Park, supermarket are just nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Residence Mutschellen.

Property is clean & in a quiet area. Bed & pillows’ soft & comfortable.
There’s a gap in the lift that you need to walk up or downstairs to get to your room.
Small bathroom & the bath tub is high, could cause a fall if you’re not careful.

It was a convenient location for our needs. Although the reception wasclosed on arrival after about 10 minutes someone appeared to let us in. There was a coffe machine, kettle and fridge in the room which was all positive.
The shower was in a small bath which was difficult to access and had a half door which meant the floor was flooded when the shower was in use.
There was an air conditioning unit in the room that beeped and whirred every 15 minutes through the night despite being turned off.
The room was extremely cold on arrival.
The rooms did not feel clean and were very tired and shabby. The basic room did not feel good value.
