the location is amazing with regards to the view and the public transportation (it has a bus stop and around 20 min from fenchihu train station), the fact you can witness sunrise 2 min walk from the place as well. And how clean the entire place was.
I loved their hotpot dinner and the attentiveness of their staff and how proactive they are. example, I requested for their vegetarian hotpot because i do not eat meat, then i found out that they have some seafood options to add while serving my friends their pork hotpot, so i requested for seafood as well to be added to my pot and they happily immediately did that without additional charges (because there are different prices for the hotpot).
Also, i woke up a bit late for breakfast and they boiled eggs specially for me to have breakfast since I missed it (they gave me 6 eggs while i requested for 2, this is generosity that we appreciate very much for us as Arabs)
the price is a bit expensive specially if you are alone and will not share the room costs and would like to stay for a few days.
and there is not any activity to do around the place, so you need to have inner peace to stay on your own and just relax (I like doing that in general so I was not bothered, it depends on your personality)

The location is perfect for a beautiful sunset or sunrise if you get lucky with the weather. Great, clean, and well maintained. The hot pot offered here is a MUST.
We traveled with a 3yo. We tried to give him some screen time, but the television was difficult to operate unless you know Chinese. Additionally, there isn't any Netflix or YouTube access. You only have local channels, but there is a Chinese kids channel.

Lovely, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Amazing views. Good location. Close to bus stop. Completely modern bathroom. Very nice shower gel.
Coffee sachets in the room were already blended with milk. Straightforward black coffee sachets would have been good.
