Great location. Nice area which felt safe and close to transport and cool areas such as Roma. Cleaned everyday, bottled water given and new toiletries.
Could do with better locks on bedroom doors for piece of mind and room was left unlocked by cleaning staff once.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very large and modern design of lights and a huge TV on the wall. The location is not as amazing as Roma and Condessa and becomes less crowded after sunset around 8 PM. In morning it is very safe and metro bus takes to Historic center in few mins. Also located just next to Roma/Condesa to explore at night if one wants. The staff were helpful and cooperative even though English was not their first language. Couple of goroccery shop available 5 mins by walk for getting drinking water and snacks if needed.
Having a fridge in the room would be helpful and didn't see any AC in room so not sure how it is in summer

The food was okay. But staff was limited.
They really need to fix their bathroom set up. There was nowhere to hang your clothes. Inconveniente due to staying with friends.
I would suggest some hooks to hang towel etc.
Water was hot and good pressure though.
