You can reach everything conveniently. The subway. A huge supermarket. The literal center. Have no complaints at all about the accommodation. Everything you need is given.
On the weekend in the close vicinity of the hotel , mostly everything shuts down. Some of the side roads might not be to the liking of some travelers but for me , it was not really a big deal.

The room is spacious and clean.
Although the location is still around the historico central, it a bit of a walk and the area is kind of industrial.

Clean & comfy.
The area is a little dangerous at night. I recommend taking a cab back at night. I also don't think it's fair to give free coffee to guests in morning , but tea drinkers have to PAY.

The lobby is cute and modern and the room was clean enough. The price was very affordable.
The location was very poor. It's on a very noisy street at all hours so it was loud and smoggy in our room. Also while the Line 1 train is still under renovation you must walk or take a bus anywhere, which we were not expecting. There are very few restaurants in walking distance at night. The bed was also very hard. In sum, the room was cheap but not worth it. There are good values in better locations.
