My one bedroom apartment was quiet and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. With a 7 Eleven downstairs and only a few minutes walk to both Market Village and Bluport Malls the location was excellent. There is an additional electricity charge that worked out at just under 3000 baht for my 26 night stay (I used the air conditioning most of the time there) so you need to add that to your budget. The swimming pool was not too busy and long enough to have a good swim in - a nice reprieve from the 33c heat most days I was there!
The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable - it had a raised part in the middle (very strange) so I had to sleep on the side. No other real issues.
