Room was fine everything you would need
No staff around if you had a problem. Had to wait for breakfast. Sausages were awful. Not a great choice for breakfast.

The cooked breakfast was excellent and a good choice though there was no fresh fruit on offer.
Location was good just a stop walk to the centre of town and all the shops, bars and restaurants.
Our room was quiet and cosy to the back of the property and the view did not matter to us to be honest.
I'd have no hesitation in staying here again and using Westport and Clooneen House as a stop-over on the way to Achill.
The two canaries, Elvis and Prescilla , in the entrance hall are a big part of the house's charm too and are well looked after by the owners.

The receptionist could hardly be bothered to talk to us. Our room was up in the attic, small and ugly. Shower had barely any water pressure with mostly cold water. Breakfast was not good. Brewed coffee would have been nice, but it was instant. Scrambled eggs were terrible.
