Πεντακάθαρο στούντιο, εξοπλισμένο πλήρως, κουζίνα κτλ. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. 10’ από την πόλη της Λευκάδας και 20’ από το Νυδρί οδικώς. Ο κύριος Βυσσαριωνας, είναι ένας φοβερός και φιλόξενος οικοδεσπότης, πρόθυμος πάντα να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα.

A fost curat si îngrijit, nu zic nu . Dar maxim nota 9 dau acestei locatii.

Il proprietario è gentilissimo: ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare e gli orari in cui farlo.
È a 15’ da Nydri e 10’ da Lefkada (in macchina).
Il balcone è molto ampio e permette di fare cenette molto rilassanti al fresco.
L’unica pecca è la spiaggia (a 2’ a piedi) che, pur avendo un acqua molto pulita, è un po’ abbandonata a se stessa e gli ombrelloni e lettini sono maggiormente rotti e inutilizzabili.

Proprietario super cordiale. Terrazzino in giardino Top
Pulizia praticamente assente. Il Pavimento spazzato velocemente con capelli ancora in terra. Frigorifero molto sporco. I fornelli con macchie incrostate da tempo.
Non c’era nemmeno un asciugamano da cucina.
Insomma: abbastanza sporco.
La sera mancanza di quieta: bambini che urlavano fino all’una di notte
