We were welcomed by a very lovely host (and kid). Futhermore Castel Rigone is a very nice location on top of a mountain with a very cosy city centre (including summer music events).
Suggestion: We would have enjoyed a map of the lake and possible touristic attraction recommendations as well as a small cold bottle of water to refresh upon arrival.

If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely stay again in San Bartolomeo. Yes, the house is not on the like but the village is so cute and the view is amazing. There house is equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely terrace and a garden with a BBQ. The house was spotless and we loved that fact that it has its own character. The owner was very welcoming and friendly.
