The place is very nice, with an excellent and friendly staff. The studio itself is spacious, comfortable, and has air conditioning. The location is also very convenient, close to some of the beautiful beaches in Vasilikos. Overall, a very good place to stay and a great base for exploring the area.
The main downside was the housekeeping. During our 7-day stay, the room was only cleaned once. We also had to ask for the bed linen and towels to be changed, rather than having them changed as part of the regular service.

- The staff was really helpful and nice, we had a problem with the door (we left the key inside and closed the door) and they found a locksmith for us who didn’t take long and wasn’t too expensive.
- The location was perfect, really close to town and in the way to most places, really comfortable if you want to drive around.
- The area is really quiet, perfect to relax
- The beds were comfortable
- AC in both rooms
- The cleaner was really nice and she was making cute butterfly shapes with the towels and bedsheets
- The bedroom was comfortable, with a good cupboard
- The area is not well kept, when we arrived the first day we were a bit shocked since the main building and surrounded area looked a bit abandoned.
- The parking area it’s also not really adequate, and can be a bit dangerous if you have a low car
- The furniture was very outdated and there were cables coming out the wall
- The bathroom was leaking when we arrived, which was not fixed until two days later, we had to stop the water and use a bucket to flush the bathroom until then.
- The cooker in the kitchen was extremely old and rusty. It was mentioned when booking that our room was the only one with microwave but there wasn’t any.
- There is an olive tree just on top of the room, and we could hear the olives falling on the roof during the night which was a bit annoying sometimes.
- There were not many pillows, just one per person, and were not too comfortable
- We had to move chairs around any time we wanted to use the table because there wasn’t enough space otherwise
