Beautiful views and well laid out. Smallish hotel with more than enough sunbeds/ swimming pool space etc to go around. Lovely cats!!! Bar and drinks were great. Staff and hospitality impeccable. Would defo go back if ever in rethymno.
Nothing - was great. No room service on Sundays fyi which was only an issue when we declined Saturday service due to hangover!

Rooms are pleasant. Staff are incredibly friendly. Location is brilliant. This is the second time staying there and we will likely be back for 2027. Bar is reasonably priced and nice variety of cocktails.
You had the option of a very soft pillow or a very firm pillow. I should have asked if they had any spare of their soft pillows to double up of those pillows - but I didn’t.
