Breakfast was pretty good.
Room was clean.
Aircon available.
Several TV programmes.
Location (it is near the tram to Basel).
The little "veranda" outside.
Absence of staff after noon, particularly for checking in (automat must be used then) and minor issues, e.g. something is missing or needed. Not everybody wants to use the emergency phone number for a piece of missing shampoo. Also, on an eSIM I cannot make any calls.

Morning when I was leaving the hotel but auto check out, there were 2 guys wanted to enter the hotel . Without keys , they wanted I should help them to get it in. It happened early inmonring around 0530 hrs . Please keep that checked

Very Smelly Toilettes. Paper in toilette. Soap is the worst I had. Shampoo tiny bit good for nothing. Electrical box in bathroom for heating water for shower makes funny noise. Feared it can electrify the shower. )-:. Very old heavy blanket. The Hotel should be more generous and use better quality shower soaps
