Really kind staff, clean room, nice location.

Location was good for our tour pick up and the kitchen and balcony were convenient.

The location is close to the city center, which is good. The surrounding area is also quiet and safe.
The room itself was clean, and the private bathroom was also clean. The common kitchen area has everything you need to prepare and eat meals.
However, at night it becomes very loud, and it is almost impossible to sleep due to noise from outside.
The basement is very unpleasant, with a bad smell and an overall dirty appearance.
The walls are very thin, and you can hear basically every sound from other rooms. I was eating in the kitchen and I could constantly hear other guests farting, which was quite unpleasant, which made it uncomfortable.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable.
