Loved the location, within 75 metres of Eat Street, main drag of Seminyak
Proximity to night club La Favela, if you’re a light sleeper, you won’t like the night clubs music til 4am each night.

The bed in the main bed room with the garden bathroom was very uncomfortable

Overall everything was good, the ambiance and the entire villa. Also at least provide a microwave for easy reheat.
A lot of mosquito. Maybe put a mosquito killer trap in each room and common area. Also put at least small fountain or sprinkler in the pool so there is a movement on the water instead of having it stagnant so to lessen the mosquitos in the area.

Location was great, everything you need around you, very quiet alley way, room was perfect for our needs, everything was clean. Very happy with our stay.

Great location to all that's happening in Seminyak.
We had water problems during our stay a few times. There was no water to shower or in the sink. The villa is in a small alley next to LA favela, it's a very tight alley with limited parking if you bring a car. There is a security/staff on standby at all times. The sofa was dirty and pillows are not very comfortable. It was mostly raining during our stay, but be prepared to hear some noise at night time.

the location is very good, near supermarket, restaurants, cafe, in the heart of seminyak
the villa need much renovation, the wooden floor was broken in several parts, the pool is dirty, and we have bad experience with the laundry service, our clothes were exchanged with other clients' clothes, some were missing.

Perfect location if you want to be able to DO Bali and still chill out at the villa. Super close (walking distance) to great cafes & restaurants, and also right near a great supermarket. It was easy to get scooters right out the front too. The staff were very lovely and accommodating.

The staff were great and was really helpful. Also central location in semniyak.
Due to the location being so close to everything there was some noise at night time from the clubs near by.

location was excellent. pool was good and nice open plan layout
very close to big nightclub, so if you’re a light sleeper don’t stay here. No problem for our family as we are all good sleepers. Couch could have been a bit comfier.

The pool was amazing and it was so close to town, could walk loads of places
There was one room that smelled a little funny, also downstairs bathroom smelled a little funny too

Nothing was good about property, will not recommend to anyone, only location with good.
Cleanliness, lot of mosquitoes, old stuff, bad furniture, no had wash in bathrooms, no good soaps, not good kitchen utensils, nothing in kitchen.

Needs rejuvenating stayed at number 4 the noise from the night club in close proximity goes on into the night stopping at around four am this is very unfortunate for the owner of this property not recommended unless you want to be a night owl

I enjoyed every minute here, felt super safe with 24 hr security and the ladies were super friendly and always ready to help. Air Con was life! And blew out nice clean air.
Bed and linen fresh and crisp, great value for money, super close to everything! Seminyak Square in walking distance, large supermarket at the end of the driveway and fine dining reatutants within 100m.
Highly recommend this place if you don't mind a little walk and even if you don't Taxis drive past entrance every 2mins
8min drive to the beautiful La Lucciola restaurant on the beach and taxi cost less than $10
Perfect location!
