The staff were very helpful, it was very clean an comfortable, it's just a little outside St Ives, (just over a mile,) but that was walkable. It was everything I expected and better than some hotels I've stayed at.

The location was good.

Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and always on hand to provide local information
The Wi-Fi for customer use was very poor and if I am being really critical, then the mattress / pillows could have been better (too soft)
