Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, direkt am Wasser. Die Küche ist relativ modern ausgestattet. Zur Unterkunft gehört eine Tiefgarage. Allerdings sind die Stellflächen sehr eng. Von der Tiefgarage kommt man mit einem Lift zu den Etagen.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Balkon. WLAN ist vorhanden und stabil. Um deutsche TV-Sender nutzen zu können, haben wir uns mit einem Amazon Fire TV Stick beholfen, da deutsche TV-Sender nicht anlagen.
Küche: Im Backofen war nur ein Rost, ein Backblech war nicht vorhanden. Das Besteck ist ein Sammelsurium.
Die Couch im Wohnzimmer gehört ausgetauscht, die gab es schon, als wir vor 15 Jahren die selbe Wohnung gebucht hatten. Die Stromversorgung für die technischen Gerätschaften besteht aus einem Wirrwarr von Kabel und Verteilerdosen. Es gibt kein deutsches TV.
Das Bad im unteren Bereich war nicht gereinigt, Eine Taste vom Spülkasten war defekt und das Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung.
Die Betten im Schlafzimmer (Straßenseite) bestanden aus unterschiedlichen Bettgestellen und unterschiedlichen Matratzen.
Das Bad im Obergeschoß hatte kaum Ablagen für Utensilien.
Insgesamt wirkt die Ausstattung der Wohnung zusammengewürfelt und bedarf einer Generalüberholung.

L'emplacement est idéal, la vue depuis le salon et la chambre est fabuleuse. L'appartement est spacieux. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée. La flexibilité des horaires avec le loueur et la gentillesse du personnel pour la location.
La literie est vétuste, sommier à ressors, sommier à lattes qui ne tiennent pas.. Aucun lit 2 personnes.
La propreté des housses des canapés dans le salon.
La table de salle à manger pas assez haute pour déjeuner avec les jambes sous la table.

The location was wonderful, just over the beach as described. The view of the water was unobstructed and was a plus.
1) Although the building had an elevator, the description failed to mention one had to go up a steep narrow staircase to get to the bedroom. We would not have rented this apartment had we known. 2)The shower upstairs did not work. 3)The toilet upstairs had problems with the water when we tried to flush. 4)The garage door didn’t work the last 2 days. We had to close it by hand. another tenant also had the same problem. 5)The apartment was skimpy when it came to supplies, considering we were staying 10 days - no paper towels, no hand soap or shower gel, minimal amount of dish soap, 1 garbage bag. 6)The bath “mat” was a thin non-absorbent piece of paper. Just all around really cheap.
We’ve rented 2 other apartments during this vacation and both were adequately supplied.
