Nicely designed room with a spacious layout and importantly a walk-in modern shower with a mounted shower head and even a place to sit in the shower.
Everything was modern and clean.
Coffee machine with capsules provided and a nice little balcony to drink the coffee on too
Very easy and quick walk to the beach, perfect location!
The breakfast was the main weak spot, can be skipped
Close to the main street so at night you hear young people enjoying their powerful engines.... Not the hotels fault and probably solvable when you close the window and use the AC
The pool is the advertised Jacuzzi and it's not very warm but anyway during this stay, it was very popular with a group of teenagers so didn't get to use it much:/

The room was very nice, we appreciated having the balcony as well. The view on the pool when arriving to the 3rd floor was great. The staff was nice and accommodating (late checkin). There is a free parking nearby. The location is 10min from Heraklion by car, 5/10 min walk to the beach.
The only thing would be the breakfast (eggs were cold)
