Friendly service, quiet, not crowded, relaxing atmosphere, quaint.

Toilet seats were loose in room and in public banos.

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel, comfy, close to the lake and the plaza, and staff was wonderful and super nice!

Only thing was, the day we arrived it was very hot. Though it is a wonderful hotel it could use a minisplit in the top rooms for days when needed.

It was delightful.

It is the perfect location. It’s close to the Malecon, the plaza, restaurants and shops. It’s on a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. No complaints.

Charming place close to all in Ajijic

Surrounded by more pricy b&bs in the heart of the town not far from the malecón. Fresh fruit was awesome. Coffee ready every morning at 8:30! Bed was awesomely comfortable. Clean. Has an evening- low key bar on the premises. Coffee shop across the way. Stairs to the Rooms. Small Quiet patios. Also had some English channels on the tv

A perfect little spot in the middle of old town Ajijic.

Charming, sweetly decorated hotel very close to everything in the old part of Ajijic. Loved the gardens with high ivy covered walls where breakfast was served. Lovely hand painted touches in the rooms. Quiet and peaceful.

Me and my family liked the location, very close to the town center and the boardwalk

It needs a lot of cleaning, there were spiders and ants in the rooms, breakfast was not on time, in our first day they not even serve the breakfast

Breakfast was good. At the front desk Jesus was a huge help.He made my long distance bus reservation. A concert on a Saturday night in the bar and restaurant area was wonderful!

Getting breakfast a bit earlier, starting at around 7:30, would have been helpful.

Great location and design

location, design and had a bar and really good breakfast inc.

I could not sleep from ALL the mosquitoes!!! Even after asking several times they did spray the room abd try to get rid of them but didn’t work. Friend had room upstairs without mosquitoes but really cold.

Would have enjoyed coffee in the room & Bogarts being an open facility Although we had no problems getting drinks when requested Breakfast was ok

we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

I really liked the room setup where there are little sitting areas outside the room. the location was pretty good for walking. I liked the free breakfast.

there was a local dog that barked often.

we found this place on a whim and it was the outside of the building doesn’t do it justice of what is on the inside. not

it was like a beautiful garden when you set foot in the place. it had its own little garden with table outside your room. the staff were so friendly and helpful. just were great overall

Right downtown Ajijic. Beautiful boutique style hotel. Loved it! Beds were very very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to la placita, it was a very cozy hotel with lots of charm. Our room had a private patio to relax.

Breakfast could improve.
