About this apartment rental
Residence with space around the house in an authentic mountain village. Outstanding panorama (on the valley of Guisane towards Lautaret). 4 rooms, 3 bedrooms each with bathroom (one with spa bath chroma therapy). Several options for sleeping. Two bedrooms with two single beds that can be brought together to offer a double bed. From space. A large living room with its kitchen and pantry, dining area with a table extending from 8 to 10 seats, lounge area with TV, 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa and a toilet with hand washing, washing machine. Comfort assured.
Possibility in the same house three other housing carrying the capacity to 30 people in total. Ski room.
In winter, skibus shuttles 20 meters from the house to reach the bottom of the slopes, shops.

We stayed in this apartment in 2019, before the pandemic. We loved the quaint town of Chantemerle and the skiing in Serre Chevalier is varied enough to easily keep you interested for a week.
The apartment is the perfect retreat for the end of the day.

The property is spacious and all bedrooms are en-suite which is a bonus. The property is clean and fairly well equipped. The lounge area is very comfortable. The only complaint is that there is no information inside the apartment relating to appliances etc and we struggled with the washing machine. Christoph however is very pleasant and helpful when he calls round. The location is good as the ski bus stop is only 20m from the front door and the buses are every 30 mins. The walk into town in the evening is easy and takes less than 10 mins. The walk back is quite steep but ok without ski equipment. A few more coffee mugs and larger drinking glasses would be good.
