Waking up in a historic building, having opulent breakfast with view at the grand theatre - those are things money can't buy. The room was facing inner courtyard and had no view but it turned out ok because it was so quiet. The bed and the sheets were clean and super comfortable. Extra pillows are perfect. The bathroom - one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I visited! A big plus for the bathroom! The building itself is so central that it doesnt get better than that. We received info about how to enter the public parking lot behind the hotel which is free for the hotel guests - and it turned out great also. The room was equipped with batrobes, slippers, toothbrushes - it all exceeded our expetations.
The carpet in the room was stained at some places and not having it cleaned made me have less confidence in the overall hygiene. The reception is very cramped and unstylish - it nearly made me turn and go away - something needs to be done to the reception to make it more stylish and classy.
There was no coffee at the room.

Breakfast service and the location are excellent.
I had a Superior King room. There was no safe, and there were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom was so tiny that when I was inside, I had to leave the door open because it was impossible to close it.The shower enclosure door could not be opened fully because it hit the ceiling-mounted shower head, making it extremely difficult to enter the shower. There was not even a single shelf in the bathroom where, for example, I could place a razor. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. When I checked in, I paid for the room and requested an official company invoice. I was told that it would be provided at check-out. However, at check-out, the receptionist refused to provide an invoice in my company’s name. I referred to the relevant legislation and the tax authorities, after which they promised to send the invoice by email. So far, I have still not received it.
