Location is great, very close to center. Breakfast was very good, you could get freshly made on the spot eggs, pancakes and omelette, as well as all other warm and cold options you expect. The room was very nice. Soundproofing was good and we didn’t hear the restaurant or other noise. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Definitely the best place to stay in Sliven area. High quality accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful, but need to smile more.
They need to invest in better kitchen chef. Food is not to the standard of the rest.
Check before you book if any wedding is booked as well, because too much noise until midnight.

We absolutely love this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay.
My husband and I have been visiting Sliven for the past 20 years and, over the years, we have stayed in many different hotels around the city. However, for the past four years, we have chosen to come back here every time, and that really says everything.
The location is perfect, with easy access to the city centre, shops and places to eat. The food is amazing, and the spa is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out.
What really makes this hotel stand out for us, though, is the staff. They are always so kind, friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel genuinely looked after rather than just another guest.
After four years of returning, we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Sliven. If you’re considering staying here, you definitely won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back again! ❤️
There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.

This is the second time I was able to purchase a deal the venue had on (I always travel on a budget and find deals very helpful).

Great staff overall - reception, housekeepers, restaurant staff.
I always recommend the breakfast omelette they make in front of you :)

Constructive feedback for the venue in the hope it helps them : the room I stayed in had an amazing air conditioner which made all the difference in the high temperature :)
From past experience I'm not sure if the air conditioning is as good in all types of rooms (summers can get very hot in Bulgaria)
