Position, unique charm
Unfortunately Paris was in the middle of the canicule. It was very hot, hard to cool the room.

This place was so quaint and charming and well located. Plenty to explore nearby and the back garden is a nice respite from the city. Staff were lovely and very accommodating and great communication.
Not accessible (no elevator) but it's an old building in an old city. I can't hold it against the hotel but something to keep in mind. This hotel has charm and character - if you're a minimalist you might not appreciate it.
