Location is good, it is very close to the main railway station and an easy walk or accessible by the MRT. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It was located on a corner on the twelve floor so we had a wonderful view of everything going on down below. Plenty of shops nearby and for a quick snack there is a very busy "skewers and beer bar" less than 100 metres away from the hotel. The famous pedestrian street with more shops than is imaginable is immediately opposite.
The set up is a bit odd, it shares this location with another hotel but this doesn't distract from what the hotel offers. The reception is on the 13th floor as is the dining room for breakfast. The breakfast was included but for western tastes it is limited. The hotel appears to be a re-hash of a department store or something similar as the layout is not like other custom built hotels.

The location is fine and the Breakfast is ok.
The hotel rooms are quite old and the cleanliness has a lot to improve. It lacks maintenance in the room and all around the hotel.
The bathroom is completely inadequate. To use the bathtub the floor gets all wet. The towels are completely worn off.
